Music Adventures Class Policies & Information

 

Class  location:

Classes will be held at Outta Theatre Studio on Blair St. in Grove City.


Payment:

Payment is due upon class registration. 

Enrolling in classes is a contract that runs until the end of the current session

Payments may be issued monthly or in one lump sum

Flat monthly payment regardless of number of classes during that month

Payment will be due on the 28th of the month prior to the lessons. 

Payments received on or after the 1 st will incur a $15 late fee

Pay via check made out to: Outta Theatre

Checks may be mailed to PO Box 55, Grove City, PA 16127 or placed in the drop box at the studio

Cancellation/No Show:

No refunds or credit will be given for missed classes.

Courtesy notification: In the event that the student is ill or cannot make it to class, notification would be greatly appreciated.  This may be done via email, phone call, or text.  If less than 24 hour notice, please text or call the teacher (do not email). 


Class rules:

No visible cell phones or other electronic devices. If brought to class, they must be secured with any personal belongings and turned off. 

The teacher and class venue are not responsible for lost or stolen articles while student is on premises. 

Parental attendance at classes is discouraged. If you would like to observe a class, please contact the teacher.

Students may bring a water bottle.  No other beverages are permitted in the studio.
